Sarasota, FL – February 13, 2023:  The Circus Ring of Fame® Foundation announced today that applications for the Class of 2024 are now being accepted through April 30, 2023. Candidate applications can be found by visiting the ABOUT section at www.circusringoffame.org.

“After a successful 2023 awards show we expect to receive a large amount of applications for the Class of 2024,” said Bill Powell, Foundation Chair.  In addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award the committee will also be accepting candidates for Generation NeXt.  This award recognizes emerging circus artists from around the world.

The foundation will also be accepting candidate applications for the new Willie Edelston Circus Arts Coach Of The Year Award. This honor recognizes excellence in coaching and mentorship in the global circus arts.

Candidates will be considered during the months of May and June with the finalist nominees being announced shortly thereafter. Nominees will be sent to the worldwide Circus Advisory Council as the next stage in the feedback loop. Winners will be announced late summer 2023.
